I’m kinda a gluten for punishment or so I’ve been told.  Regardless, I have a soft spot for all things process oriented, things done by hand, things that have history and things that take time. UP THERE from Jon on Vimeo is a fascinating documentary of some of the boys and men left who still make time consuming hand painted advertisement in our big metropolitan cities today.  I love the stories and lessons learned these boys and men have to say about their dying profession in this fast and ever changing world we live in. Makes one pause to appreciate the people who helped make the advertisements a reality and the efforts they’ve gone through to make them happen UP THERE.  Thanks to @jfx1026 for sending this my way and Jon for making such a poetic documentary.
